I made 6 mini loaves instead of one large one…it’s a great way to share or freeze a portion, plus I don’t have to worry about whether or not it will be finished off. I adjusted the cooking time to 45 minutes, but depending on your pan, you may need longer. One other tip, use 3 bowls to sort your ingredients. While it’s more dishes than I like, the combining process is sooooo much easier.
