So now that the new year is officially here, Love and I are kicking it off by looking at cookbooks:
I picked this up the other day because I love the title. And then bought it because the concept is even better. How many of us have a waffle iron that is being under utilized? Answer: pretty much ALL of us.
There are some great recipes and pictures…plus some inventive uses for leftovers. The idea of adding heat and pressure to create carmelization, crusts, and flavor pockets to everyday dishes is genius. Plus a timesaver. And a way to give your under utilized appliance a new opportunity to shine.
